News and Events 8-15-14

Dear Friend or Friend to be,

So are you still in shock over Robin Williams like I am? All I can say is that I hope that depression awareness comes of this in proportion to the loss. I can't think of a person who has brought more joy to the world than him, yet I know those who make others laugh are often the saddest on the inside. I know from personal experience just how difficult depression is to live with and I just hope that everyone who knows a depressed person learns some ways to help them. Just ONE simple gesture of love and concern can mean the difference between life and death in way more instances than one may think...... So when you are out at all these events having fun, go over and say hello to that person hanging back.......trust me, they need you....and you need to care.....

With Love and In the Light,  Cassie
