Dear Friend or Friend to be,

Woo hoo who's ready for summer to start? I know I sure am! I  have my planting done now and can sit back and relax and enjoy my yard, take walks on my beach, and its time to get my bike out and start riding it too. I took a walk on the beach last weekend and got a great video of the Horseshoe crabs, they have fascinated me since I moved down here. You can see the video here:   https://youtu.be/4BNgJMk7oUc   What do YOU like to do in the summer time?

With Love and in the Light, Cassie

PS I found a list of 191 summer festivals! check out the end of this newsletter for the list

Also my old housekeeper from when I lived in Flemington is coming to clean for me before my party as my regular gal had a family emergency last minute...if any one  lives in Flemington/Whitehouse/Bridgewater/Bound Brook areas and wants someone reasonable that you can trust ask me for Debbie's number!

Plexus Testimony:
From a wheelchair to THIS GUY! Wow! His wife is a pharmacist and reviewed these products with a fine toothed comb! This is simply amazing!
"My health declined over the years. I grew up on antibiotics, steroids, and pain meds. I have had horrible pain in my back and ankles since I was a child. I have been in and out of a wheelchair, cane, and braces at different times due to injuries, surgeries and pain. I have been partially paralyzed which is scary when you tell your toes to wiggle and just can't do it. I have been told we don't know if you will regain feeling. Over the last few years I have had a spinal Laminectomy, Discectomy, and Fusion. I also have had ankle surgery on both feet. With surgeries and Fibromyalgia pain it caused me to be in the wheelchair this last time for almost a year. I have Fibromyalgia which causes daily pain and fatigue and am possible Lupus. I dealt with muscle aches and spasms, Arthritis, nerve damage in my foot, elbow and back. I have IBS, Diverticulitis, Gout, Vertigo, high Blood Pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, low immune, Allergies, low testosterone, sleep apnea, and insomnia. I dealt with dizzy spells that would knock me to the ground. I had hot flashes and night sweats. I had brain fog, weight control, sugar cravings, frequent nausea, headaches, rash on neck and chest, acid reflux, and frequent chest pains. You get the point-I did not win the Genetic Lottery.
I was on about 20 medications and was taking 6 pain pills per day to get through the day.
Since then I was able to come out of my wheel chair sooner than expected, I have come off ALL my medications, no more CPAP, blood levels are now normal, greatly reduced Fibromyalgia pain, no more brain fog, I have lost weight and over 50 inches, etc.
People often ask what products I take. I started with the Slim and Accelerator plus combo. Almost two months in I added the Bio Cleanse and the Probio5. I also added in the Xfactor at this time. Over the next few weeks I added in the Ease cream and pills along with the Nerve Health. I have recently added MegaX are wonderful plant based Omega product. I occasionally use the Plexus Cream for sunburn, skin issues, etc.
Plexus didn't give me my life back-PLEXUS GAVE ME A LIFE!!! I believe in Plexus so much that as of December 31st 2014, my family took a huge leap of faith and I quit my successful career making $65-80k per year plus awesome benefits to pursue a career with Plexus.
I want to leave you with a final thought:
WHAT IF PLEXUS WAS THE LAST THING YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEEDED? If you are an Ambassador, Why are you waiting to tell them about it? I would have done anything or paid anything to feel the way I do.
Thank you again for the opportunity to share my story. I Pray my story can become other's story."

Dear Friend or Friend to be,

So how was everyone's week? Can you freakin believe how cold it was on Sunday? I am concerned that my plants are not doing better, guess  I should have made some plastic covers or something for them. I guess that they can be replaced if they don't do better.. What I can't replace is the praying mantis pods I got at the garden show, I followed all  the  instructions he gave me but so far I have not seen any hatch... I hope they do though as I would like a more natural insect control as opposed to chemicals..

Beach Hacks

Hold down your towel at the beach with a bag of sand....just dump out the sand when you leave and rinse the bag and save with your beach toys or umbrella

3y

Tips and Hacks for Your Next Beach Trip

Store your electronics in plastic bags. Are you tired of worrying about your cell phone getting wet every time you go to the beach? Hate to take it, but also hate to be without it? Turn to a trusty zip-lock plastic baggie and never worry about it getting soaked or sandy again.
Don’t swim with jellyfish. If you hear of a jellyfish sighting, avoid that area of the water. Jellyfish stings can make a beach day turn sour very quickly, and some jellyfish stings can be dangerous and require a trip to the emergency room. It’s not worth the risk.
Stop being sandy with some baby powder. Baby powder doesn’t just smell nice, but it can also take all that sand off your body. Everyone hates the feeling of not being able to get totally sand-free on the hands, arms, legs and feet. Instead of trying to rub it off or wash it off, simply shake some baby powder onto it. In no time flat, you’ll have silky, sand-free skin with a soft, relaxing aroma.
Look for lost kids downwind. Have your kids decided to beachcomb, only to leave your sight? Look for them downwind. It’s been proven that most youngsters will follow a path of least resistance.

Dear Friend or Friend to be,

So how was everyone's week? Did you enjoy your Mother's  Day? Mine was rough, there were tears, arguments and a dent to my car but also love and hugs. Family UGH! LOL On Monday I went to a neighborhood watch meeting, I want to be more involved with my community and meet my neighbors and such. I am really pleased with the plans they have for the park down by the beach, it will be an awesome place for the grand kids I will have one day...and also a good place to have some meetups too....stay tuned....

This is one testimony from Feb.17th that you should READ!!
Yeast overgrowth, which affects our emotions and personality, will change a person's health.
His EYES... I know that the Pro Bio 5 works, but THIS?! What a change! I'd be thankful too! Below is what his mom has to say.
"The before picture was taken on Christmas Eve. The after picture was taken today. My son, Ben has been on ProBio 5 for 2 weeks now. I cannot begin to tell you the transformation that has taken place!!! After researching [yeast] overgrowth I realized that he had it, and had it bad. He does not have a colon and has struggled for years with physical and emotional issues. When he was in middle school he was very sick and was diagnosed with a "bacterial overgrowth." The solution was to put him on long term antibiotics. I now know that was the worst thing that could have happened. He went from a normal, intelligent, social person to basically a recluse. We tried therapy, medicine, natural remedies, supplements....you name it! He got to the point where he wouldn't even try anything anymore. He slept all the time, craved milk, meat and alcohol, had severe attention issues, couldn't hold a job, dropped out of high school, went to college and made all F's his first semester and really just couldn't make it on his own at the age of 23. He gave up. He said nothing ever worked so why try. [Yeast] overgrowth can affect nearly every aspect of your physical, mental and emotional health so I knew I needed to get him on this! I asked him to try the Pro Bio 5 and he took one. The very next night HE came to ME to ask for "that pill I'm supposed to take." He could already tell a difference. In just a few days he was like a new person!!!! He stayed on 1 ProBio at night for a week then went to 2, which is what he is currently taking. He sleeps normal hours and has plenty of energy and motivation. He now has a job, a new truck, a new look and a new OUTLOOK!! He is about to move out of our basement and into a house! We are shocked at how quickly it started working in his system! He just told me that he is very thankful for Plexus!!! AND SO AM I!!!!!!!!!!!"

Dear Friend or Friend to be,

So how was everyone's week? I have been very busy still working on my yard and garden. This week I planted red, yellow, green and banana peppers, carrots and celery, also broccoli and cauliflower and zucchini. I sure hope I can find someone who wants to come help me with the watering and the weeding so I don't wind up doing what my Pop Pop and I always did and that is plant, forget, and harvest in the fall from among all the weeds! LOL  Don't forget to contact me if you want to help this weekend if it's nice...

Dear Friend or Friend to be,

So how's everyone been this past week? I am good, went to Gaskgo's on sat and got a bunch of plants for my garden.  I have now put in 3 tomato plants, a row or red potatoes, one pumpkin plant, green pepper, yellow pepper, banana pepper and two kinds of lettuce. The lettuce I do in a raised container so I don't have to bend over to cut some. I am really hoping to find some people to help me care for the garden (and share in the harvests too). I only ask for 1 or 2 hrs a week and you can come anytime it works for you. If interested let me know..

With Love and in the Light, Cassie
