Happy happy happy happy that's how I have been all week! Even if something made me unhappy for some reason I did not stay that way for long because I just went back out into my garden and worked! I can not stress enough how important to mental health it is to be outdoors in the sunshine. Its also good for your physical health too if you are doing anything besides just sitting on your behind...gardening, walking, biking, sports of any kind.... Get out and move and report back to me on what you did so I can congratulate you!
