Dear Friends,
So how was everyone's week? Mine was yuck, got things going on and sometimes life gets tough to deal with ya know? I have been going out and doing things but its a struggle. I suffer from SAD and know pretty much how to deal with it but its still not pleasant. I meet quiet a few people though who also get it some far worse than me so I don't let it be the ruin of me, I remember how I feel once spring hits and I can be outside again working in my yard and I don't give up. What about you? Anyone else get SAD this time of year?
