So how was everyone's week? Mine was pretty good I think in part because I did my biking event at Sandy Hook on Sunday evening, I was relaxed and worn out and slept well. I find the older I get the more I learn to relax and not let my to do list stress me out, it all gets done sooner or later and sometimes we find things can be eliminated that we thought were so crucial. What do YOU do to lower stress in your life?
